How many Sessions

  • The number of sessions depends on the individual of course.

  • Dr. Kellogg, Dr. Wiltsie, Dr. Waddington, and others suggest twelve sessions over a ten week period, two back to back the first week, two back to back the second week and one a week for eight weeks. *Back to back means one today and one tomorrow.

  • Always consult your physician regarding your personal health concerns

During your session

  • The open system: The LIBBE is designed to allow warm filtered water gently into the colon and you release when you are ready. The therapist can stay with you or you can be alone if you prefer solitude. The therapist is always available via doorbell on the device.

  • Uses single use pencil size nozzle/rectal tube for water flow which is easily inserted in privacy.

  • Allows colon and bladder to release anytime.

  • No odor, messes or blowouts. Waste is released into a basin where odor and feces go directly into sewer.

Aftercare

  • Drink plenty of purified or spring water, juices, herbal teas, and electrolytes.

  • Reduce heavy foods

  • Eat soups, salads, light meals

  • The next few days you may or may not have a bowel movement
