The million dollar question is which system should you be doing?
The open system is the newer version of colon hydrotherapy. The closed is the old version that most of you who have been doing colonics for a long time are use to.
The open system is seen as the more effective and gentle way. I personally have seen better results overall with the system that I have, which is the open system also known as the LIBBE. This is a Class II Medical Device and I want my clients to: one get their moneys worth and two have the best results, and this is the best treatment available in a world of colonics.
One difference in the open versus the closed would be the size of the rectal tube. The open colonic system uses a pencil sized insertion, which is comfortably inserted by the client themselves with my instruction once I leave the room, whereas the closed system uses a large speculum that the therapist inserts. Which one do you believe is more comfortable?
The open colonic gives you total privacy. I explain how the system works and give you instructions on how to safely insert, the tube stays in its place the entire session, so you are comfortable in the beginning and I do not leave until you are ready to do one push of release, then give you your privacy, all while I, the therapist am just a click away, with the push of a button. With education on how the open system operates clients want that privacy, this allows them to relax and have the results they are looking for.
The open system gives you the freedom of holding and pushing then that waste and water goes out and around the nozzle into the basin you are laying on, down and around for you to see what comes out. The open system also allows bigger pieces release as the closed system takes time to break the matter up to be able to move it through the tube.
With the closed, a therapist remains in the room because they have to hold the tube the entire time to be sure it doesn't get pushed out, resulting in a messy table. When I use to do the closed system with clients some clients had little to no results their first session. With the open, the results are there every single time. A regular complaint with the closed was it would impair your ability to have a bowel movement as the open system teaches your body to go like it's suppose to.
I can vouch for every one of my clients that has tried both, they will choose the open system every single time.
Now that you are aware of how both systems work, which one will you choose?
